One parent contacts us.
We obtain your details and your former partner’s details.
We contact your former partner and briefly explain the Guided Parenting Plan process. They may need a few days to think about if they would like to participate.
If they agree, we send a Client Information /Agreement to Participate Form and an invoice for $1200 + GST to both parents.
Up to 3 drafts will then be sent back and forth to the mediator with relevant changes made.
Each parent will have an initial consultation (separately)
Once payment has been made, each parent is sent a link for a Risk Assessment known as Family Doors.
If the couple is stuck on one or two smaller issues, a Zoom meeting will be held to discuss those issues only.
If there is little agreement, a traditional mediation will be held over Zoom, going through each point one at a time.
Once agreements have been made, the document will be sent for e-signatures.
